The Vertiv Geist Monitored RPDU VP4G30AP is a 32A, 230/400V WYE, 0U, vertical rack power distribution unit with input power monitoring and residual current metering (RCM-B). It has (36) Combination C13/C19 outlets and a 3P+N+E (IP44) plug providing 22kW of power capacity. This device offers a quick access to critical power usage information down to the device level to evaluate energy usage trends and maximize uptime. It is integrated with the Vertiv Geist Next Generation Interchangeable Monitoring Device (IMD) which displays power data via its 128x128 high-visibility touchscreen LCD. The touchscreen interface allows users to provision their rPDU without a need for a network connection. This includes a redundant power-sharing port that connects two IMDs in the rack and provides backup power in case of power loss. Enhanced security with secure boot is added in the device to help ensure data and operations are protected. RCM-B provides continuous monitoring of the insulation level within the IT rack and enables users to be alerted of fault conditions requiring immediate action to circumvent potential life-threatening injuries or a complete system shutdown. The units are CE Marked and individually tested for functionality and reliability.
